Elpee’s Steelworks were responsible for the workshop detailing, fabrication and erection as well as the supply and installation of roof sheeting. This warehouse building consists of 9400m² of structural steel, 378 tons of steel and 17 000m² roof sheeting. This warehouse can be seen from the highway on the N3/N12 Split towards Kimberley / Bloemfontein / Vereeniging
